Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Limitless Marketing platform (the “Service”) and supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP.

1. Your Responsibility for Outreach

You are solely responsible for how you contact and market to your own customers and leads. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing and texting laws, and applicable direct-mail regulations. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to contact the individuals whose information you upload or use.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or misleading messages;
• Send messages to recipients who have opted out or who you lack consent to contact;
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Promote illegal goods or services, hate, violence, or discrimination;
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Scrape, resell, or provide unauthorized access to the Service; or
• Circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls.

3. Print and Mail Content

You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of any design, message, or material you submit for printing or mailing, and for the recipient addresses you provide. We may refuse to print or mail content we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Data and Privacy

You must handle personal information you upload in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. Do not upload sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers or financial account numbers) into contact or campaign fields.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or refuse orders that violate this AUP or the Terms. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination.

6. Reporting

Report suspected abuse to info@limitlessmarketinghq.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
