Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and business address.

Customer and contact data you provide. Our Service lets you store and manage information about your own customers and leads — including their names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, and notes. You are responsible for having the right to provide this information to us.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card numbers; Stripe handles that information under its own privacy and security practices.

Location data. Certain features collect location information. Our “Drive-By Leads” feature records the physical addresses and GPS coordinates of properties you capture. Our QR code tracking records the approximate location of a scan based on the scanner’s IP address.

Uploaded files. We store files you upload, such as design files and job photos.

Usage data. We automatically collect basic technical and usage information, such as device type, browser, operating system, and how you interact with the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve the Service; to process payments and fulfill print and mail orders; to provide analytics and reporting (such as scan and lead tracking); to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Data

We do not sell your personal information or the contact data you store in the Service to third parties.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service. These may include Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Lob (direct mail fulfillment), Google Maps (mapping), and ipapi.co (IP-based location lookup for scan analytics). These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described below.
