Marketing assets: names, types, costs, photos, GPS coordinates, addresses, and notes you record about your physical marketing materials.
Leads you capture: contact information (name, phone, email, address) for prospects who scan your QR codes and submit lead forms.
Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

Scan data: when someone scans a QR code generated by our Service, we collect IP address, approximate location (city, region, country), device type, browser, operating system, referrer, and timestamp.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and performance metrics.
Cookies: we use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
To process subscriptions and payments.
To send transactional emails (lead notifications, invites, billing receipts).
To attribute scans and leads to specific marketing assets for your reporting.

Service providers we use to run our Service: Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery).
Members of your organization based on the role-based permissions you grant.

Successors in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data from QR Code Scans

When a person scans one of your QR codes, basic device and location information is collected. We do not require scanners to create accounts or provide personal information unless your lead form requests it. If they submit a lead form, the contact information they provide becomes part of your workspace data.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Export your data.
Opt out of certain processing.
Withdraw consent at any time.
